“I would give 10 stars if I could. This gym is amazing and so are the owners and coaches. Coach Kris cares so much about the members as individuals- he is very focused on helping each person reach their fitness goals and feel confident and welcome in the gym. I joined with a previous ankle injury and he has gone so far out of his way to scale workouts, supply resources, and help me stay motivated. Fitness has always been outside of my comfort zone, but CrossFit 310 has completely changed that. I now see myself as an athlete and I have this gym to thank.”

I had previously attended Mira Costa high school in Manhattan Beach but after 2 years of ditching school and not taking my academics seriously, there was no way I was going to be able to graduate. So I chose the only alternative which was transfer to redondo shores to try and catch up on credits. I had a great experience there and was able to get back on track and graduated in 2000. “If I could give Roxan 10 stars, I would. I have known her for a long time and have taken her yoga classes, pilates classes and done private lessons with her after I gave birth to my son. She has helped me get back into shape and structured my program specific to my body type and limitations. I would consider myself pretty fit but after having a child, I needed help getting back into shape. She always met my body where it was at and modified it as I got stronger and in better shape. She is a phenomenal teacher who knows what she's doing. Not only that, I can tell that teaching yoga & pilates is her passion. I felt like she genuinely cared about what my fitness goals were and has helped me achieve them. I can't say enough good things about her.
