We were originally going to have the car towed to a different shop on our insurance approved list but the owner was so kind and helpful during the initial time after the Collison we left the car for them to evaluate and work on. Having never dealt with anything like this before we weren't sure how to navigate insurance or fair pricing but he was so wonderful keeping us updated on what was happening and even poking the insurance adjuster to make sure things kept moving.
