MPR is like a second home for me. It helped me find a community of supportive women that uplift one another through our fitness journeys. The owner Paola is very knowledgeable and ensures I have proper form so I don't hurt myself while weight training. All of the classes are super fun, especially Mara's zumba! Thanks for helping me go from size 16 to size 8!
Best gym ever, Paola really cares about helping you reach your fitness goals and she is so inspiring. She offers a wide variety of classes and training sessions for every budget and I am so excited to be on my fitness journey with her. Her studio has a warm welcoming atmosphere that has had me coming back.

MPR is a great place to workout. Paola, owner and trainer, is passionate to get me to reach my goals. She has me send a food log everyday and reminds me to stay on track with exercise and diet. MPR has a variety of classes to keep everyone interested; some classes include boxing, TRX, and yoga. I love going to MPR and will continue to have Paola be my main source of exercise/motivation to lose weight.
