“Dr. Paul Chen and his team are AMAZING here!! His staffs welcome you with a bright smile right at the moment you walk in the door. I never have to wait for more than 2 minutes to get a room and start my treatment. The clinic is very spacious and super clean!! Fully equipped with new and clean massage beds and tables. My entire right arm felt discomfortingly numb and extremely painful during a very stressful time of my life. Dr. Chen reassured me that it is not a nerve issue and it will take treatments to get better. After only a few treatments and corrective alignments, my body feels significantly restored without any pain. Dr. Chen is VERY professional, genuine and knowledgeable. I have visits many chiropractors in the past, many are in it for the business without any passion. It is very different here at this clinic. “I would like to express my appreciation to Herald Christian Health Center covid-19 vaccination team. Although it might take a little while waiting for my call to get through to make appointment, I understand the vaccination team was under extreme pressure to accommodate n all incoming calls. From my experience, I did receive the team’s responses to my questions even after office hours, that meant they worked late into evenings. I even received one return call from the team on Sunday around 9:30 pm. Even though I told the team lady I got my question solved, the lady double checked to see if I received my confirmation of the date, time and location of the vaccination appointment. I thanked her for the return call as I felt she was about to lose her voice because her voice was so coarse, she just politely said “no need to thank me, I am just doing my job.” At the appointment, the team was so well organized and courteous, it only took less than half an hour to complete the vaccination shot. Once again, thank you.”
