With Brian's masterful knowledge and infectiously positive personality, I have not only achieved my goal weight and shed over 40 points, but I have increased muscle and even competed in my first NPC competition. Brian's passion for what he does makes him a Master Trainer. Brian takes the time to get to know your body, the way it works, and how it reacts to his regimen which he continually tweaks to maximize your full potential. Brian is particularly skilled with women clients because he is cognizant of the unique needs of a woman's body. If you are looking for your dream physique, Brian can undoubtedly get you there. All you have to do is do the work and trust his process. At age 47, I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life and the only regret I have is not finding Brian sooner.

He is extremely dedicated to all of his clients and really puts in the time and effort to help you achieve whatever goals you have. He always has a positive attitude, is always very encouraging every time we train together and he is always there to support you. I always have so much fun during our sessions even when I can’t feel my legs lol! If you’re looking for an AMAZING trainer that’ll push you in the best way Brian is the person you’ll want to call, I promise!
