“They arrived on time and did a good cleaning job. Had looked for a reliable carpet cleaning crews in Santa Clarita for long, and I am happy to come across this team on yelp. They did free estimate and the guy was friendly and funny when I was talking about the pricing. Never got angry or disrespect when we were discussing (I had this issue before with another company when I asked for more discount). But these guys were cool. My home feels fresh after the cleanup and my carpets have regained their original status. I will hire them again if needed.”

“My hubby and I truly love living here! We've been here since September of 2022. We also have our little dog. Here are the things I love: Lanscape: One of the things I love about this place is the landscaping. There's so much greenery and there's a mountain right behind us. I love how there's a trail located a mile from us. Maintenance is done throughout the property several times a week. Parking: There's no any issues with parking although we've noticed that there's less parking available nowadays. Some cars stay parked in the same spot for months! Maintenance: professional and timely with any requested repairs or maintenance. Security: The only problem/issue I have here is security. It's an open apartment complex meaning anyone can walk off the street and roam the complex. Our bike was stolen off of our patio area. I've seen several transients and have reported them every time. I even found one in the laundry mat area. I've also seen transients hanging out in the tennis courts since they gate to tennis courts is unlocked, which then leads to the community pool. Although there is a security company, they only work 10pm-6am and I've found transients outside of these hours. Leasing office: The leasing office is hit or miss. A lot of the time, they're not even there. The application fee was also very expensive. But, they have made and continue to make improvements throughout and I'm happy to be able to enjoy them. Overall, happy to be living here for my first apartment!”

“My all-time favorite tea is the super fruit with aloe. Very refreshing but can be on the sweet side. Ask for 30% I always forget but still so good at 50% just give a good shake. It has mango watermelon blue berries strawberries plus I get aloe instead of boba. My son tends to gravitate towards everything green apple, in the picture is the green tea version but the slush is also good. Traditional tea like thai milk tea and regular milk tea are really good here. The staff is friendly too and fast!”

“I considered myself to be fairly athletic and in decent shape before hurting my back. I would run 2-3 times a week and workout up to 5 times a week. I had run multiple races in the years leading up to my injury. But I herniated a disc in my lower back approximately two years ago doing deadlifts. The pain was intense in my lower back and radiated down to my glutes and hamstrings, which pretty much stopped me from being able to workout and run. Over the past couple of years before working with Matt I had tried all types of treatment including Chiropractor, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Epidural Steroid shots, and Physical Therapy at two different locations. My doctor flat out told me that I would not be able to run again. He suggested taking up swimming or bike riding. This was pretty discouraging to say the least. When I met with Matt the first time, I could tell that he wouldn't accept the doctor's advice that I was done running. Matt began my treatment attacking the pain first with a combination of stretching, massaging, and light exercises to strengthen the core. Matt was very knowledgeable and came up with a plan for my recovery. As the sessions passed, he would push me harder and harder and I was beginning to see that I could do more and more without the radiating pain I had prior. He watched me run on a treadmill and immediately saw a big problem in the way I ran. By tweaking my running style, combined with stretching and exercises, I was able to run without putting as much pressure on my spine/discs. After training with the new running style I was able to run a 5K on the 4th of July at a 8:45 pace! For not having ran 3 miles straight in the past 2 years, I was beyond excited! I would highly recommend Matt! He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and isn't afraid to push you to your limit without overdoing it. Very happy and thankful for my time with Matt!”

“Had a leaky kitchen faucet and called these guys. Came out and told me it was just the hose. They said order one and they’d install it. Called them again a few days later and Mike and Jonathan came right out and swapped out the hose in less than 5 minutes and told me no charge. Guys coulda told me any price and I woulda probably just paid it. Didn’t even wanna take the few bucks I tried to give them. Nice guys and honest.”
