I called and had a lot of questions regarding how my new state insurance would work and I was able to get all my questions answered with ease. The office is a beautiful space and makes you feel so comfortable and calm. They have a TV right in front of you when you’re getting seen and you’re able to play shows and movies to ease any nerves. The assistant who helped me, Ashley, and the front desk person, Carissa, were amazing! So sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Guzman was so amazing too and took her time to walk me through my procedures. He went above and beyond to help me with the scheduling of these surgeries. He made me feel that I really matter as his patient. His staff is excellent as well. I met his PA Maureen on my first appointment and She did a thorough examination on my body. She is remarkable. “I love going to Ali to get my hair colored shampooed and styled. I feel it is a calm environment when I’m at the salon while she’s doing my hair. I don’t feel pressured or rushed. This makes for an enjoyable couple of hours while I’m getting a chore,/self-care done. It could be a real drudgery. It is absolutely the opposite with Ali.
