“Me and my 2adult daughters came to California on a girls trip. Stayed at Loews,so we decided to use the Ocean Spa here. Lemke and Robert were very helpful in suggesting treatments and organizing times to get maximum use of the spa. Sylvia and Robert gave us a wonderful experience in the Guava Body treatment/sugar scrub! Bridgette was amazing with the facials! We enjoyed them as much as the services they provided. The robes/slippers provided made it so fun! We enjoyed the sauna/steam room and jacuzzi between services along with the flavored water/tea. Everyone was great and we hope to return soon!
