“How i benefitted from using Rebecca as an agent was so much more than what i anticipated. Using her extensive knowledge and experience, she carefully advised me but never pushed me to do anything i didn't want to do, even when she didn't agree. rather, she supported me through the sale of my house and got me the new house that i wanted after negotiating all terms beneficial to me. It didn't even end there, she drove all the way to my old home on the morning of my move out, constantly asked me if there was anything i needed, called me several times that day to check on me, and made sure i had dinner afterward since i hadn't eaten all day. the next day she spent hours during my move in talking to ADT to arrange setup of my security system, she arranged to have my house painted and EV charger installed while i was away w my kids and offered to help with anything i need in my new home, even weeks after the deal has closed. I honestly think she is a one of a kind agent, not only because she is so knowledgeable and competent but mostly because she cares more about the client than she does about the commission.”

We were so lucky to be sent to Dial Jones in Santa Monica. The company itself is well organized and super efficient. They never let us down. Plus you get to play on those gorgeous courts by the ocean. We have Brenn as our instructor and we can't rave about him enough. He is so kind but incredibly motivating as a Coach. He is obviously highly skilled as a player and nurturing to our daughter's growth. He is concerned with all aspects of her physical skill set and game as she enters competitions but also takes the time to make sure she is keeping a positive mind set and not stressing out. He is simply the best. Don't hesitate and kill yourself with more research and suggestions from friends and co-workers.- Mostly Adults take lessons there. It's not just for kids. “I got help from Richard Bloom’s Office on a complicated EDD case after requesting help from other Elected Officials (whom didn’t respond). I also spent hours and hours on the phone for days and did two appeals. To me, they were a godsend! Previously, I met his Staff at community events and they are always friendly and helpful with lots of resources. The EDD was messed up from the very beginning. They are part of the solution not the problem. I find Richard Bloom a responsive Elected Official, whether a City Councilmember, Assemblymember, or the next Board of Supervisor and I have worked with several Elected Officials over the last few decades. Don’t blame the messenger. They didn’t HAVE to hire additional staff for helping his constituents on their EDD problems and they did! “Dr Valdivia was my therapist for three years and I’m grateful I took the leap to see a therapist when him and I had our first session. Our sessions molded me overtime and who I was in 2019 is very different than who I am today and a lot of the credit goes to Dr Valdivia—for all the ways he helped me, coached me, guided me, and really heard me. No one could ever really get through to me but he did and I’m forever grateful for his time, patience, kindness, and expertise. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a therapist. He’s an incredible listener where he really hears you, has a level of empathy out of this world, provides great advice and recommendations, and I believe, from first hand experience, can really change your life if you’re willing to dive into therapy consistently. I moved out of LA almost a year ago and it’s been difficult to find another high caliber therapist like Dr Valdivia, and while I was sitting here tonight reflecting on the impact he’s made in my life it made me really grateful for the time and energy I put into sessions with him.
