She has a background in nursing and physical therapy, just the skill set I need to help me unfreeze my couch-potato body and recover my flexibility and strength. There is nothing like a workout on a Pilates reformer apparatus to feel alive - Gabby knows how to make me feel wonderfully energized after each session, not sore and damaged. I trust her expertise and look forward to our continued partnership in the coming months.
