This has it's place, but if you are never delving deeper than a weekly adjustment, you aren't gonna find out what your problem(s) is/are. You will find out exactly what your issues are and get a treatment plan based around that. Your upper back might hurt, but the root of the issue may be nowhere near the perceived pain points. Dr. Myles will adjust you and in a few minutes you'll feel so much better (after any other adjustment administered in the sessions by Dr. Andy) I wish I had started here sooner. Going to another chiropractor (in my experience) has so far been the equivalent of going to an urgent care - they can help with the basics but not much beyond that.
