The website is nice and easy to navigate, the arrangement options are beautiful and conveniently priced. I'm excited for my grandma to receive her bday gift tomorrow! :) Update: My order was delivered incomplete. I understand that accidents occur but rather than simply admit that there was a mistake, the person on the phone insisted that she was right. My order on the site and my bank account reflect exactly what I ordered. She eventually accepted that my grandmother could pick up the missing item but I believe we should have not gone back & forth on the phone for as long as we did. This was disappointing considering I am from South Gate & simply wanted to support a local business for this special occasion.”
