“Great, fresh food. We had a party of 10 for our goddaughters baptism and everything was wonderful. We arrived right at 11am when they opened and they had plenty of food choices. “Operated by a Certified Fitness Trainer formerly affiliated for many years with Torrance Memorial Medical Center and now Ken has opened his own fitness studio with all new equipment, including treadmills, rowing machines, elliptical, complete gym apparatus, bands, weights, balance equipment, etc. I have been going to his classes for 3-1/2 years, I am the newbie, others have been taking his classes for close to ten years. Lots of personalized attention on the equipment to ensure correct form and adequate challenge. Since exercising with Ken, my low back pain, stiff knees and sore shoulder are all gone, ancient history and I owe that to Ken. He always has the right corrective exercise. Please drop into Ken’s studio at 24422 Hawthorne Blvd. and like me, you’ll be glad you did.”

“Yesterday I had two procedures performed at Pacific Endo. The staff, including nurses Sandy and Lauron, were kind, warm and efficient. Dr. Reddy and the anesthesiologist did a fine job and the post-opp report was complete with numerous photos. I imagine it may not allays go this smoothly, but I was in and out in under three hours. Good teamwork. Would gladly return to Pacific Endo Center if/when I need more work done.”
