“This Nissan of Torrance was such a wonderful change from the one I recently visited. I liked the awesome customer service with a smile. I never had to just wait and wait for someone to speak to me about service, or about where I was in line. I had a recent experience at another Nissan facility where I had an appointment, but still sat waiting for someone to at least say "hello, someone will be with you in a minute." At Torrance Nissan there was always help available at every phase of service. I know good customer service does not seem to be the thing to do anymore, but it still means a lot to me. I was faithful to the other Nissan since around 2007 (about 12 years). But I am so happy for the service I recently received at Nissan of Torrance.”
