“I had a good first experience at the Fairfield BMW Service Center. I took my car in to repair a recall for the airbags and it was a good experience all around. Despite the fact that the network was down early in the morning they were able to get it completed that day. I was primarily by Ray and he was great. He and the staff kept me up to date on all the updates with the car. I believe it was Monique who drove me home in the morning and that was a great experience as well. Great staff.”

It only took them 15 min to got through entire replacement process. It was only $60 for a almost new used tire and their labor.”
