“I just found a beautiful Turkish rug that has been sitting in my Aunts garage for the last ten years. My grandmother had purchased the rug in Turkey some 40+ years ago. It's absolutely gorgeous but smells terrible so needs a good cleaning, enter Pull & Thread. Right when I walked in I was warmly greeted by two amazing women. They gave me their suggestions on cleaning and repairing the rug and their pricing was great. I'm so excited to see what it looks like (and smells like) in about a week! We ended up chatting for a while and I found out they offer different classes and workshops at the store, like how to make macrame plant hangers. Great people and a beautiful store! Will update as soon as I pick up my clean and wonderfully smelling Turkish rug.”

I also saw him helping out other clients and giving them free snacks from the vending machine. He seems like he's really trying to make it into a nice place!”
