“If you want to experience the wand choosing experience with Ollivander himself, line up in the queue. The staff funnels about 10-12 people into Ollivander’s room. It is a small, dark room with no windows. So if you are claustrophobic, this ain’t for ya. Ollivander (well the actor) randomly picks one person to choose a wand. There is no rhyme or reason to the choosing. He goes through a cute demonstration with special effects. It all lasts less than 15 minutes if that. Then everyone is funneled into the wand shop. The wand shop is loaded with wands. All of them in sturdy keepsake boxes. They have wands from characters from the HP and Fantastic Beasts movies. They have interactive and non interactive wands. But all sales are final even with the interactive ones. I suggest if you buy an interactive wand, immediately activate it on the spot to test it out right after purchase. That way if there are issues, you can address it immediately. Another cool thing in the shop was the information sheets describing the characteristics of the different wand core material.”

“My friends and I stopped by this Starbucks in City Walk since we saw on Yelp and Google that they close at 2am. Other Starbucks closes at 8pm or 9pm so we decided to come to City Walk since my friend wanted his coffee. If you're a AMC Stub member then you should use your free ticket to take advantage of not paying full price for parking. This Starbucks location is on the 2nd floor now instead of the 1st floor in its old location. This Starbucks store isn't big, I think it's meant for just people to get their drink and relax outside in their outdoor seating area or to walk around City Walk. My friend got his black coffee and my other friend got the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. They enjoyed their drink but it did take a while to come out when they weren't that busy. When we left the store at 10pm, they started closing their door and said they were closed so we were surprise since we thought they close at 2pm.”

“I’m in love with these cute little stores that have clothing, accessories, and home décor. I was touring Citywalk and noticed there was a Francesca’s store here. It’s tiny but there is a lot of stuff inside. I really liked that it was organized, and the items were correctly placed in order. I didn’t catch her name but the lady who greeted me was nice and friendly. She asked me how my day was going and told me about the day’s deals. Overall, it’s a cute store to browse and treat yourself to a nice little gift.”

“First of all the food was absolutely delicious! It is my 3rd time here and I am always satisfied with the food and service. Our server was kind and very attentive to our needs. We were seated pretty quickly maybe less than 5 minutes even though it was pretty packed. Our appetizers arrived in 10 minutes or so and by the time we were done with them our food was out. All in all I had a fun and pleasant experience here I definitely recommend the the appetizer tower if you love shrimp.”

“Love their window display, always get my attention when I walk pass by. So temping to try their sweet treats! Besides original, butter & kettle corn flavors, I am so in love with their fruit flavors too! They are not overly sweet and so addictive. I can't stop eating.... Yummy Love their packaging, perfect gifts for anyone on any occasion.”

“I actually bought stuff, which is saying something since I typically only look in these stores. The associates were very helpful and eager to provide samples. I ended up with two soap-cookie sandwiches and smelling like pomegranates in the best way. Thanks.”

“If you are not into those super sweet frosting donuts then try their donuts. They are mini donuts, not fancy toppings. I love getting their basket size. Very addicting once I start eating them! They also have a nice retail store right next to the donut shop. Yes~ more sweet treats there!”

“This lil' Crepe Cafe is conveniently located at CityWalk on the way to Universal Studios across from Hot Topic. It caught our attention as they were prepping the Crepes by the window. After a long day at Universal Studios, we stopped here for a coffee & snack before heading home. I had their Funnel Fries accompanied with a White Mocha, I loved their Funnel Fries but was not a fan of the White Mocha. Inside seating is limited but there are a couple more tables outside. Customer service could be better, I describe it very monotone but the Cafe itself is very convenient with plenty of yummy menu items.”

“i HOPE the owner of this location in studio walk will see this review. Or anyone with a high rank of this location. I went today, and a girl worker there her name started with an A..something like Anniya? Ayinna? Arianna? I can’t believe I forgot it but it was something along that. She had blonde hair, long pink nails (I THINK!) . GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE. PLEASE. She was so so nice ! She complimented me on my shorts, and was such a great helper. I tried on a shirt and she made me feel super comfortable and a lil confident haha. I appreciated that a lot since I am not the most confident person lol. Just small words she included in her sentences like “girl, girlie” MADE ME FEEL SO WELCOMED! You can think I am overreacting with this, but it’s really these small things that made me feel really comfortable and like we were already friends! Anniya(if that is your name) thank you girl! So sweet! God bless you ”

“Lovely restaurant! A little confusing on where to go, and it’s located in a parking lot. But nonetheless the food was yummy and the sunset was nice during the evening. The ribs and the gnocchi was really tasty and the staff were friendly too. It’s a perfect location next to Universal so I recommend it!”

“This is an excellent Chinese restaurant. I came right before closing and was seated right away. Once we ordered the food was also very quick to arrive. The chilli eggplant dish was excellent and had the right combination of spices and flavor. I would definitely order it again. Additionally, compared to the prices at universal studios and the other (fast food) places in the city walk, the prices here are very fair.”

“Very nice staff. Bless all the frontline restaurant employees who give consumers a chance to enjoy themselves and keep their sanity! Yip these employees more! Bread changed on the burger I think but overall great burgers.”

“First it was at a location that everyone knows. Secondly, while all the drive through testing sites are hours long lines, they had this site well staffed and very efficient. I waited maybe 15 minutes to get my test and I was on my way. Thank you all and I will recommend this site to others.”

“Honestly-the food here was amazing. The pasta looked way better than previous reviews! Yes, the price is expensive but you're at a theme park where ALL prices are high any where you visit. Could however-use more seating!”

“I had the greatest experience here. Everyone that worked here offered to help me, although at first I thought it was because they get some sort of recognition or reward for doing their job the more they assist they assist the more they earn. But I was mistaken I was making a purchase that didn't have a price. When they attempted to look up the price but wasn't sure if what I was attempting to buy was the right price ( which was alot more than a similar item) So I passed on the item and left. I decided to head back in to ask a question and found that the woman that was trying to help me had decided to take it further and look up the item to make sure that the issue was fixed. When I came back in she was excited that I had came back because she found the item in their online store and was able to give me a much better price. So in the end I bought the item.....anime plushie lol. She didn't have to spend the time to look it up or offer me the better price. I was so impressed with this location and employees.”

“Of the handful of ice cream shops that are in the area, this one never fails to keep me coming back. My most recent trip was with my close friend and her daughter. First off, the customer service was friendly and the store was clean. The staff had lots of smiles for us and my friend's little girl, which made the experience so much more welcoming. And, it goes without saying that Ben & Jerry's ice cream has some of the best and unique flavors around. The Cherry Garcia and Chunky Monkey for my latest trip was fresh and delicious. I will keep coming (and bringing friends and family) for the all-around great experience!”

“Small coffee shop inside the Hilton Universal (in the lobby). I went here to grab an easy breakfast for my family on a Monday morning. It was pretty busy when I went but there were a few people working and it went about as quick as a Starbucks. Prices are pretty high, spent $80 on three sandwiches, coffee, and chocolate milk. Food was good for sure, not crazy about the prices, but what can you do when you’re on vacation.”

“Super, super fun restaurant with a whimsical yet vibrant decor. The food was flavorful and filling, however we only had appetizers. This place can get really busy, so please bring your patience and have a margarita or two while you wait. The only criticism I have is the salsa. It was extremely acidic with an over abundance of lime. Which was very hard on the palate. But overall a pretty good place to dine with good vibes.”

“You'll have tons of fun browsing through the hilariously random and seemingly endless collection of socks in this store. You will not, however, enjoy paying because they are a bit pricey. Pugs, Tacos, and Funny Sumo Wrestlers are cool but paying $20+ for 2 pairs of socks is not.”

“The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is a chain of themed areas at Universal Parks & Resorts based on the Harry Potter media franchise, adapting elements from the Warner Bros.' film series and original novels by J.K. Rowling. The areas were designed by Universal Creative from an exclusive license with Warner Bros. Entertainment. A Harry Potter-themed attraction at either a Disney or Universal park was rumored in 2003.However, the rights to the Harry Potter franchise had been acquired by Warner Bros., who denied all rumors. Both Disney and Universal entered bidding negotiations with Warner Bros. and Rowling for the theme park rights to Harry Potter. In 2004, Rowling signed a letter-of-intent with Disney, with the company intending to develop a Harry Potter section within the Magic Kingdom park at Walt Disney World. On January 2007, About.com reported a rumor from a "highly credible source" that the Islands park's Lost Continent area was going to be re-themed "to the stories and characters of one of the most popular children's franchises".Other sources followed up in the next few days with unofficial confirmation that the new area would involve Harry Potter.”
