Can say much about this place but for me is the best, I was not happy and motivated. My friend Post about this place and I decided to give it a try, I found the perfect gym, James, Howard and Shaka make me feel like home, great trainers, people there is so nice, they all are like family, working out is so hard but fun here, just love it. I recommend this place 170%
