First off, I love that all their components are sourced and made in the USA and are incredibly high quality. On top of having a great product, sPOD's customer service is second to none. When initially installing my system, I stripped out one of the bolts on my windshield. I spent hours trying to find a replacement screw online, even reaching out to Mopar to see if they could give me a part number and I got no response. I then sent a desperate email to sPOD and within an hour John had responded giving me the exact type of bolt I needed for a replacement. That's awesome and highly unusual in the sales industry. I'm a big fan of sPOD and highly recommend their products to anyone.”

“You're missing out on a great car wash if you don't go here. Each time we come the staff is very kind and treats our truck with respect. They have a super $5.99 early bird special ($2 more for a truck) that we expected would mean we wouldn't get as good of service, but it doesn't matter, the service is just as good whether you pay full price or have a coupon or special. We love that they take the time to dry it off and even work on the bugs. :) There is plenty of space to sit down and wait both inside and outside. Leave the guys a nice tip, they earn it!”
