“Faith in Verizon RESTORED thanks to MARLON (hope I spelled that right) I've had bad experiences with Verizon before, but I called in advance and Marlon picked up, and was very friendly and clear. When I showed up, not only did he have the phone I asked for ready with my name on it ... He had picked out ALL THE CASES IN THE STORE that matched my case! That's above and beyond! He was also very patient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions, and perfectly applied the screen protector on my phone. He was exceptional! There is a recent review by someone else saying he racially profiled them cause they were Hispanic ... I think that's BS since Marlon himself is Hispanic and was very kind to us (we're middle eastern) Thank you Marlon! I was very comfortable with my purchase because you answered all our questions (even the ones we didn't know we had) which really helped us make our decision!”
