She is a perfectionist and extremely detail oriented. She sent me pictures and we changed the ribbon color to brighten up the arrangement the last minute. If there was any ounce of self respect in me, I lost it when I tasted the wings here. I practically left only a few pieces for my adult son. I was always charged $160 on my oil change for my Lexus IS, RES Auto Care charged only half that and provided outstanding service!! Peter the service manager was nice and professional, he really cared about what was the best for me and gave very informative information on what service was needed and what was recommended, Breaking down the pros and cons on doing it now vs later, letting me make a decision myself, there is absolutely no pressure unlike dealerships (always pushy and always wanted u to do more than what is needed).
