“The process to become a new donor went by relatively smooth! They make sure you're informed and understand everything through three or so separate processes. First, they had me read a binder with the info and then they made me watch a video, and then I got quizzed during the physical. As someone who gets anxious easily, I wasn't expecting the quiz and got a little shook but it wasn't bad. My memory just goes when I get put on the spot. Otherwise, the facility was very clean (as it should be) and everyone working there was pretty nice and helpful.”

I wish they would thin out some of the thousands of treadmills and install some more machines, but that might be an issue of supply and demand. The hydromassage needs are bloody brilliant.”
