I had a great experience with CPS , due to one of their team members Natalie Lara. Her ability to deal with patients that are challenging just as myself. She was able to turn around my state of panick. I went from feeling scared to knowing that Natalie was was genuinely concerned and had my back, sure enough she was able to resolve the situation. That is why CSP is an exceptional company because of people like Natalie.

I’ve had nothing but an outstanding experience with California Specially Pharmacy. The communication and service is fantastic. The infusion center is well run and always professional. The infusion nurse , Shard, is experienced , organized and very personable. I’ve always had a great experience here. Thank you for making a chronic condition (ms) a comfortable and pleasurable experience.

I always feel so well taken care of when I rely on Calif Spec Pharmacy for my medication. Shard does not hesitate to go the extra mile for not only me but for every patient he encounters. Regardless the situation, urgency, or patient mindset( I’ve witnessed first hand the professionalism utilized while supporting an irritable patient), each patient is treated as though they are family and are in the best care. I’ve been getting treatment from CSP for approximately over 2 years so far. Overall they have been great! They call to notify me that my meds have been shipped to the clinic, as well as the day prior to confirm appointments. During treatment day, I get set up with my IV fairly quickly. Shard has been the most efficient nurse I’ve had throughout my experience! Thank you for everything!
