When you go in, the first thing you'll notice is that this is definitely not your average barber shop - shoeshine stand, antique barbershop chairs, dark red walls with beautiful decor. The barbers are so friendly and they ask you about the look you're going for and the type of lifestyle you live so that they can personalize it all for you. We had King give my brother his haircut and my brother was so impressed by the service, the detail, and all the hair knowledge King shared with him. Definitely an amazing experience for him that he's been sharing with everyone!”

“When you find a company like this you remain loyal forever. I purchase a new bike almost every two years and ALWAYS install a set of bars on each bike. The last bike came with some struggles. Ruptured Achilles right after my latest purchase. Out of work for several months and money became super tight. Being in law enforcement FACTORY 47 helped me keep my streak of upgrades possible. Sent 14inch bars for 2023 road glide. Two days later I received a box of swag, which I wasn't expecting. The receipt showed they realize I am a loyal customer and we're grateful to help..... So the moral of the story... Model your business around these guys. Loyalty is huge. I called to say thank you and they replied most people don't ever respond. Well... “Just went in today for another SMOG CHECK, as always they were awesome in regards to customer service, and they were fast. I don't even think I was there 20 min. The price is good also, I had my Honda van so it was $48, but I was charged $35(I think) for my Civic. Have five cars which I will continue taking there, and I tell all 400 of my coworkers to go here when they need to have their car smogged.”
