“After some trouble with my HMO I went via the internet to look for a badly needed doctor for an ear infection. Thank God I found Dr. Bikhazi. He took me in, wait time was minimal. Flushed out my ear, and placed me on both oral and ear drop antibiotics, I will continue to do as he suggests and will keep going to him until this problem is taken care of. I have not felt this confident in a physician in many, many years. I might add that after a visit with "my primary" care doctor who did nothing but drop peroxide into my ear causing a whole lot of pain, no antibiotic to help fight the infection and with no referral. I called the HMO and was told I could not see a spec. unless I got authorization, which would take somewhere up to two months. You can be sure we are in the process of disenrolling in this HMO and will take back our medicare. Long story short. Dr. Bikhazi is wonderful, and his staff the same.”

Cami and carol were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. They took time to sit down and listen to all my questions. They truly care about their patients. Dr. Purdom was the sweetest man. He did not rush me at all. He took the time to introduce himself to my husband and I and allowed my husband to come around and look at the ultrasound and take a video. He made sure we got a good angle as well. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. I am very happy with this office and doctor and I highly recommend him if you are planning on adding a child to the family!”
