Factory 47 Cycles

When you find a company like this you remain loyal forever. I purchase a new bike almost every two years and ALWAYS install a set of bars on each bike. The last bike came with some struggles. Ruptured Achilles right after my latest purchase. Out of work for several months and money became super tight. Being in law enforcement FACTORY 47 helped me keep my streak of upgrades possible. Sent 14inch bars for 2023 road glide. Two days later I received a box of swag, which I wasn't expecting. The receipt showed they realize I am a loyal customer and we're grateful to help..... So the moral of the story... Model your business around these guys. Loyalty is huge. I called to say thank you and they replied most people don't ever respond. Well... I thank you every day my hands touch the grips and continue to get some much needed wind therapy. Kudos!!!!!!

Great quality Stuff I bought 12” torched chrome handlebars to match my 2023 cvo street glide. 1.5 inch thick bars with internal wires. Awesome quality and their tech support is also great friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend factory 47 100%

I purchased a set of 12 inch handlebars classic. When they arrived, I gave them to my mechanic and found out that we needed the risers for my 2022 Fat Boy. The factory risers would not work so the job had to stop until it was taken care of. I started a chat online with Andrew. He explained to me that for my year and model I would need risers, I told him that when I ordered the handlebars I spoke to somebody and asked them if I needed risers and was told that I did not. So here was the misunderstanding or miscommunication.

Andrew told me he would take care of me. He immediately the very next day called me back and sent me the risers next day air at no coast to me. Turning a bad situation into a great customer service job!!! The handlebars are not done yet, but I’m sure everything will be fine and I recommend these guys they are on point good job!!!!
