The Whole Child

I have supported the work of The Whole Child for nearly 5 years. My organization has provided hygiene backpacks to their clients prior to Covid-19. Personally, I have found Vanessa Sedano to be a very compassionate and caring person and "agent for change" for those seeking homeless services.

It's a great place, during 1 year of visiting they always attended my late calls and always have a professional services

i wont say what agency im from but i called and got help right away for one of our families in need of help for housing rental,and they helped immediately and answered the phone right away,i was as well as client we were very grateful for there assistance and so rapid,i think some people don't understand that a lot of these agencies have protocol to follow and also a lot of people fill that they need there hands held threw life because of there situation but they cant assist everyone they way people expect them to, just cause there are programs out there does not mean they work miracles all they can do is try to reach out as much as they can,and if they don't answer phone maybe there in a meeting or had a crisis no need to bash, working in this field is stressful also caseloads are big and be patient and it will all work out ,i understand the situation of being homeless i was once also and its hard but work together with the facility thats reaching out if your not happy then go some where else,but as for me and client thank you whole child for your assistance for this family and so rapidly done,and the woman that answered phone she sound young you were such a great help with walking us threw it all sorry i didn't get your name but god bless you and whole child .

This is an outstanding program, with many resources to help you get on your feet. The staff is caring and understanding and committed to helping families get on their feet. The response is prompt and the communication is great. This is definitely an organization that’s wants to help and will be there for you every step of the way!
