We have had a great experience with them! The technician is prompt, informed and very personable. He came right on time, and even came mid-week to fix a last minute issue we were having. The support technician in the office is also delightful, very helpful and super friendly.
This service exceeded my expectations. I was getting very stressed out about my leaking tub drain impacting the downstairs neighbor. They responded to my Yelp inquiry quickly, and were pleasant, showed up in the two hour window, the job was done rapidly, and they cleaned up afterwards too. Every effort was made to test the work, to insure the problem was solved. The price was reasonable.
Came quick, fixed my problem at a reasonable cost (as far as I know), and even fixed the clog in my sink at no charge (took him a few minutes). Thanks!
