CrossFit Turnbull is the best!! I have been coming for 4 years now. I would not have continued on my CrossFit journey if not for all the coaches and members. With their help and support I have competed in three CrossFit Open Games and will complete a spartan race this weekend. None of this would have been possible without the support of everyone at CrossFit Turnbull!! I am happy to tell everyone that I will be 64 next month and am enjoying my best fitness ever
It's been 2 months of me working out 5 days a week and I have nothing negative to say. The coaches are the best. The people are amazing. It has quickly become my favorite part of the day. Before this I did nothing no exercise but this is a part of me I knew I was missing. Last year I tried a different gym in Whittier but their inconsistent schedule and me feeling lost made it so easy to stop showing up. Coach Anthony and Coach Frank are the best. The work outs are challenging but not impossible. The coaches walk you through the work outs and educate you to ensure you are doing the proper movements. The people are very friendly and encouraging. Everyone is on different levels but it doesn't matter. It really is exactly the gym I have always looked for.
