(November 28, 2017, 5:51 pm)These guys have done multiple sets of wheels for me. Great customer service and really friendly dudes. One time I dropped off a set of wheels on Thursday and they were already ready Monday.
Really quality stuff.
They are detail oriented as well, they made sure to lineup the valves stem holes on my new lips perfectly with my wheel lug holes.
(November 1, 2017, 11:28 pm)I needed 4 CCW 3 1/2 X 18 outer rims with 30 bolt holes and couldn't find them anywhere. CCW said it would take a month to produce them. That wasn't going to work for me. Finally I found Alex at WheelFlip. Alex went out of his way to check his storage facility at night and found 4 blank rims for me and then had them machined and polished in under 5 days total, with no up front deposit.
He went so far out of his way to help me get back on the track. All I can say is: Great guy. Great service. Best price! I highly recommend. And as to the negative reviews I've seen, they must either be "fake news" or some giant misunderstanding. I will recommend Alex to all my fellow Club racers without hesitation.

First off these wheel pieces are one off customs...
I ordered a set of VS-XX lips off Hung at wheelflip over the phone. Everything went smooth and I got my lips promptly in about two weeks. No flaws, I just need to polish them up better...but that was expected.
I also ordered two 18x6 inner barrels off of Alex. They were for my VS-XX wheels, so they had to be custom drilled. I got them pretty quickly. The only flaw was that they forgot to drill out the valve stem hole...I just called them and said I'm going to drill it out myself. I'm currently waiting for Alex to call me back to see how much he is going to reimburse me.
Overall they are good, but in all honesty if you want something done you need to call call call call and talk to someone...I recommend talking to Hung or Alex, Brian is good as well...
