I’ve always felt like getting insurance or talking with an agent to get a quote was a drag. That all changed when I met Edith at Faby’s State Farm office. She made every step of the process easy as pie. Asked me what I was looking for and presented all my options and explained to me what every option entails. I never felt pressured to pick a certain package like other insurance agencies made me feel. Kudos to Faby for hiring a great agent like Edith. Thank you guys.

I really appreciate the professional customer service at this location. My agent by the name of Edith Lopez has been great! She replies promptly and helps me with anything through my contract. The other agents there also real friendly and helpful and I love the team work and friendly sanitized atmosphere. Whomever is running this place really teaches them all how to have a great work place and definitely driving out of my way passing about 3 other locations for the way I feel which is happy with my choice of insurance.
