I contacted them about a home mortgage loan and the possibility of a car loan and they were more than willing to send me an application to my email. The representative explained that the application could be filled out on Adobe on a computer and the pages that needed a signature could be faxed.
Overall, it was a great experience to talk with the Bank of Whittier loan department on the phone. If you have any questions they will be happy to answer them.
