PETS AND ROOMMATES ALLOWED but no kids. Very quiet, everyone keeps to themselves, no hoarders allowed. Spaces don't come often but if one does, grab it. I knew my insurance wouldn't cover the cost but she tried anyway. I just needed to order glasses, since I already had a prescription.
