Both the pickup and return process were handled close to quitting time yet they took the time to explain without making them feel rushed.”

“I haven't had to rent a car for a few years, but due to certain circumstances I needed to rent not only once but twice this summer. This location was the best ever. All the way up from the smiling faces of all the employees to the young men and women that were so eager to help me. ☺ It's very hard to find good customer service these days. I just want to let everybody know because everyone always hears about the bad things but never the good things. I will definitely be going back to this location and renting more cars in the near future... ???????? As we say, 2 thumbs up.”
