“Ive worked out with a couple different trainers and none of them made me feel super comfortable or excited about working out until I started working out with Victor, he made me look forward to coming to the gym a long with changing my life style. I no longer felt as if working out was a chore but it became something I enjoyed doing. Not only did he just help reach a goal for my body, he also built confidence, I went from being shy and scared, self conscious about the way I looked and felt to being the most talkative in a room, after a couple months I was able to start making conversations with anyone I saw even strangers. He teaches you how to safely handle equipment and really instals into your brain how to use the correct forms and posture. I workout on my own now just due to not being able to commit to timing but his voice is always in my head whenever I go to the gym now, “tighten your core!” is the most prominent one. I cannot recommend Victor enough as a trainer, he extremely upbeat and positive and definitely someone you would want to have as a trainer especially if youre just getting into fitness (: Heres a before and after, my main goal was toning my stomach”

“I had my first appointment here this morning and I can’t say better things about this place. The girls at the front and who took me back were beyond nice. Cami and carol were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. They took time to sit down and listen to all my questions. They truly care about their patients. Dr. Purdom was the sweetest man. He did not rush me at all. He took the time to introduce himself to my husband and I and allowed my husband to come around and look at the ultrasound and take a video. He made sure we got a good angle as well. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. I am very happy with this office and doctor and I highly recommend him if you are planning on adding a child to the family!”
