“It is not often I go to the doctor because I am too busy taking family to their doctor appointments. However, because of the exposure I've had over the past 15 -20 years in both family member doctor visits and as an insurance agent, I have a good understanding of terminology, conditions, treatments and expectations. The relationship with a primary is key to maintaining good health. What works for one person may not for another one. Dr. Thomas is very low key. You may think she doesn't say much, but she's quiet because she's listening and thinking. She's very thoughtful about your health issues and is not afraid to refer you to a specialist. I've laughed, cried and talked about things with her that I never thought I'd share. Once you get to know Dr. Thomas, you'll understand why. I've referred my own family members to her. My husband, daughter, father-in-law, brother and sister-in-law. Maybe I shouldn't give her such high remarks because I won't be able to get in to see her. But really, she's amazing!”

“Been going to this gym for quite some time and it’s an atmosphere that is so friendly and welcoming it doesn’t feel like your average gym for sure. Coaches here care about you and your goals. They also help you scale appropriately when necessary. I know people are scared of CrossFit cause they say it is too hard, but this gym makes it easy for you to make the transition into more advanced movements! Definitely recommend it! I knew my insurance wouldn't cover the cost but she tried anyway. I just needed to order glasses, since I already had a prescription. My Optometrist was going to charge me was over $1100.00 for a pair of glasses, I had to just pay a little over $600.00 a great help in these times especially.
