You check out and a RX you need isn't in the bag? Did YOU order it? So the tech supposed to memorize 100's of people daily Prescriptions?? Do baristas memorize EVERYONE'S order?NO! Come on people, they give you what pops up ready on the screen and ring you up. Do you go to McDonald's order a #6 and EXPECT a mcflurry at the window? NO you have to order it if you want it !! Take accountability for yourself. It's your life you should know when and WHAT needs you need to order. Lastly, most doctors won't fax things in right away. Nor do the office relay the messages to the prescriber.”
