“Called first to see if I could bring in the car because the tire pressure indicator went on. The gentleman on the phone said, yes to bring it in if I could now. They were not that busy at the moment. So I did and they checked the car and found a nail in the back drivers side tire. Im so glad I took it in and they took care of the problem. “Can not speak highly enough about Pal Pro - they were so responsive and efficient. Josue our technician was lovely. He was very informative and thorough. The exterior of our home and our backyard, play structure had become covered in spiders and webs and he made sure to tackle every last web (even crawling inside the playhouse). We are using regular bi-monthly service now which is very reasonable to ensure our yard is safe spider/bug free for the kiddo. It made such a difference. Very happy all around.”

“This place is honestly the best place to go to if you need to fix your car on a budget. I'm a full time student with a low income and caring for my disabled mother, so fixing my car is very low on my priority list when there are other things to worry about like eating and paying rent. So I have an '03 Mitsubishi gallant and it was rounding up close to it's first 100k miles and have been told their timing belts tend to be the first things to go, and that will F' up the engine. So here I am hoping and praying for my car to hold on a little longer, while I aquire some type of cash. I had gotten estimates from a few places ranging from 600-800. I had only came here because I remember my dad taking me here a few years back and had given him a good deal on his car, so there I went one more estimate wouldn't hurt. I took my mom since she's the negotiator of the family but honestly there was no need. The owner Jose is a hella cool guy who was straight up about everything I explained my situation and he said no worries I can do that for alot cheaper and a 1 year warranty. Like I said the owner was very friendly as well as his workers and they were all very knowledgeable in their line of work. He told me it would be done by Saturday took it in late Friday and if anything he'd give me a call just to let me know if he found something that also needed repair. He ended up calling me to tell me my hoses needed fixing since the new timing belt would put a lot of pressure to the old tattered tubes and could cause them to tear and create more issues. He did this with no extra charge. He even fixed a dead light in my headlight for free. This guy really helped a girl out honestly. He checked my a/c cuz I was having issues with it no problem. The original estimate is what i payed no hidden fees no nothing! Honestly you who's reading this and wondering should I come here DO IT. You won't regret it this guys work is hands down bloody good and the work environment is professional and he can refer you to other places if need be. I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I GOT. This is for sure my go to spot for my repairs from now on and for sure I'm recommending my friends and family. Thanks alot Jose customer for life here :)”

“Alejandro changed the oil and air filters quickly on a Saturday morning. Their shop is a convenient location for me. This place has changed ownership over the years, so time will tell if they stay reliable. They do brakes and will order tires and install them for you when they get delivered. I recommend giving them a try for simple maintenance items like tires, brakes, and fluids. Stuff that doesn't require significant tear-downs. Not that they couldn't - just saying that their convenience factor will suffer if they have substantial projects and limited staff.”

“Shawn was not sure if the job was going to take all day or not. He was afraid that he would need to break out a portion of the wall. In addition the cabinet refinishers had tossed out a needed part to attach the disposal!! Shawn called the office to see if they had an extra of the missing part, and Mr. Knight brought it over. I call that service!!! Shawn was able to loosen the rusted pipes and in about two hours, I heard the water in the kitchen sink and the disposal running!! I am really grateful to have such a reputable company close by!! Thank you Shawn, and Knight Plumbing!”
