The office is a beautiful space and makes you feel so comfortable and calm. They have a TV right in front of you when you’re getting seen and you’re able to play shows and movies to ease any nerves. The assistant who helped me, Ashley, and the front desk person, Carissa, were amazing! So sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Guzman was so amazing too and took her time to walk me through my procedures. “Dr. Pratte and his team are the best. Root canals are not fun, but they are so good at what they do, that I felt totally comfortable and taken care of. I had to have one in a tooth with a crown and the crown remained in tact. He is very responsive with off hours help and knows what he's doing. Don't mess around with this procedure, get it done by someone who is well-experienced. And Dr. Pratte is that person.”

“I had such a great experience here recently. I am a broke musician so I always put off going to the dentist as long as possible. I was expecting to have to pay about $200 for a general check up. Dr. Roxas offered to do just the basic check-up for about half the price. Then, if he saw anything worrisome, we could spring for the x-rays and the more comprehensive check-up. I thought my teeth were probably fine, so I really appreciated this option. But then he went even further. He took pictures of all my teeth during the exam, and walked me through each individual tooth, pointing out all the positive and negative things he saw. I had a couple of cavities, but he told me they were so small that addressing them would probably hurt more than it helped. Nobody has ever taken the time to empower me with knowledge about the state of my teeth before. It could really help me going forward. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and accommodated. I'll definitely be coming back. Leaving a 5-Star review is the least I can do.”

“I've always had positive experiences here. The office manager Joanna and Janissa are very nice and efficient. They explain my benefits and answer my questions in detail. They work with me to schedule my appointments and payments at my convenience. The office is clean and welcoming. The dental assistants are friendly and professional. The doctor a perfectionist that makes sure I'm comfortable, and that I know what he's doing. He is very careful and experienced. I've had a few crowns and they look so good and natural you wouldn't be able to tell. Overall I would recommend 100% for their great service and caring staff!”
