I reached out to them at around 10AM today - got a text back in about 15 minutes that someone would be in the area around 11:30. I had to verify that they actually meant TODAY, because wow, I wasn't expecting that. Josh (who was part of the crew back in 2016) arrived even earlier, and had the job completed by 11:30AM. Just two breakers that needed replacement, but he tested to make sure there wasn't more serious things going on.
