Fernando at ROC came out, walked the job, explained what needed to be done and how he would do it. I liked the fact that he explained the job in terms that were easily understandable and, while giving me options, did not push to upsell the job. In addition to the above, Fernando, explained how he would make the new panel look better than the previous one by removing or re-routing all the previous add-ones and making the space around the new panel blend in with the existing structure. Fernando was responsive to e-mails texts and phone calls as well.”
