“This place is amazing! My Physical Therapist was Rona. The place is clean, all of the staff is cool (shout out to Karence) professional and genuinely want you to get better. Rona is amazing, very patient and always positive. She never rushed me or looked at the clock or gave less than 100% in every session! I didn't want to work with anyone but her. I came here a year ago with a torn labrum in my left shoulder. I tried to repair the injury without surgery (for about 6 mos), but I was limited. So, I got surgery in Dec 2020. I just finished with my program after about 4 and half mos of Physical Therapy and I'm about 5-10% away from being back to 100%. My experience here was a very positive one.”

“Amazing from the start. I broke my hand on the softball field and called to make an appointment asap. Lauren W. Helped me get an appointment that morning with a doctor in Van Nuys who had an opening. All the staff, doctor(Auerbach), nurses etc were lovely and helpful. I met with his PA and she was great too. I had my surgery earlier today and I have to say KUDOS to everyone in that surgery center. I was extremely anxious but everyone was so sweet to me. Huge shout out to the anesthesiologist who did my arm nerve block. I was kinda freaking out but she kept me calm. The nurse at the end once I was waking up was lovely. I joked that I wished my husband knew how to braid hair. She offered to braid my hair for me. Just want to say thank you to everyone even tho I don’t remember all of your names.”
