As far as the treatments go the full body cryotherapy is really awesome! The cold is not nearly as bad as you imagine it would be. I left feeling great even hours after the treatment. My parents even tried it! I have since returned for the light stim treatments and have been blown away by the results I've seen. I've done several of these and has noticed some sun spot on my face lighten up and in general my skin feels and is looking great! The studio is very clean and everyone is so nice and accommodating. Amber did a fantastic job, explaining my problem areas and what I should do for them. Along with the facial, she gave a great massage on my back, hands and feet which was so so good.
