“I joined OTF 5 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I have never stuck with a workout regime before Orangetheory but I am now addicted to OTF. I love that you workout at your own pace, the workouts are never the same, the music motivates you, the coaches encourage you and believe it or not you will feel like other members are like family after awhile.
