We were here only a short time. We enjoyed the sand and the sun and the surf. The surf was amazing. The waves were breaking right in front of us. Not safe for wading or surfing.

It's a pretty drive out there. There were elephant seals basking on the beach when I visited-- they are huge!

Love how quiet and remote this feels. Lovely views no crowds. Great beach for just relaxing and enjoying the views.

My buddy and I went here to do some night photography and it was swell! We didn't get to see the beach much as it was dark outside, but the parking lot was perfect! There weren't many other people there so you basically have the whole beach to yourself at night. If you plan on visiting at night definitely bring a flash light and some warm clothing as it gets really chilly. This is a great spot to hang out and just experience the California coast and I will definitely be making more trips in the future.
