“It's just a view point on the way. There is a little space to pull over your car and walk down the stairs to view the seal lions below on the rocks. It's too far away for a clear view with naked eyes. I could see only 2 sea lions with a binocular. There is a bench to spend some time admiring the view. But I didn't see any trail going down. Maybe it was temporarily closed. You can take a chance here, but overall not very impressive for viewing sea lions.”

“On a recent roadtrip we stopped in Inverness for a bite to eat and stumbled across First Valley Inverness which is a gift shop/art/coffee shop. Decorated perfectly so you want to pack everything up and take it home, alas I only purchased one item (car already full) but I love the vase I got so much. So glad we walked over”

“The end to Tomales Point Trail. When the marine layer clears you can see more clearly the Pacific Ocean and the other side of Tomales Bay. The trek here is 4.7 miles one way but you'll see Tule Elk and Wildflowers along the way. Bring an extra pair of socks for those accidental slips in the mud puddles on trail.”

“It was cool to see how far down the side of the cliff this was. Keep in mind it is a very long drive to get out there through a rough road over all of the farmlands that are along the coast. Once you get there it is a hike to get to the lighthouse. The view of the coastline is so beautiful as it is unpopulated.”

“I always love visiting Point Reyes NS. Every point of interest is a fun stop. The lighthouse, when it's open, is pretty amazing. There's always a ranger there with a wealth of knowledge and ready to share with you! The lighthouse itself is pretty delicate so try to heed the rangers advice and refrain from touching items..especially the lens.”

“This beach is amazing! Don't come here though! Lol if hate to see this place get crowded. The dogs can run free here and play in the waves. My two boys had an absolutely awesome time! Once the sun sat, we had a nice fire. Permits are required for fires on the beach here.”

“We were here only a short time. We enjoyed the sand and the sun and the surf. The surf was amazing. The waves were breaking right in front of us. Not safe for wading or surfing.”

“A fun place where true believers can come and experience marine radio history.”

“One of the last remaining commercial marine radio stations. They open the museum every Saturday to the public, where you can see Morse code operators send and receive messages to ships at sea. Worth the drive.”

“Two words: windy and beautiful. Well worth the hike. Dress warm and ready for a moderate hike with a couple inclines. Bring water, your camera and binoculars.”

“This was an absolutely gorgeous hike. The beach was small and not suitable for swimming. Stunning views. The hike itself was not particularly difficult either. The drive to the trail was also beautiful and we saw elk and coyotes along the way as well.”

“We recommend this hike. 9.4 miles round trip. Make sure you have good hiking shoes, sun screen, hat, and layer. Very popular trail. Enjoyed the Elk, Poppies, Fort night lilies and Yellow mustard along the trail. Pack a lunch and enjoy!!”

“A nice quick trail to reach the beach. It takes 20 to 30 min and it's adapted for everyone (path well marked, no elevation). You can make a fire on the beach if you get a permit from the rangers before. It's usually not crowded.”

“Amelia Heron has a natural ability to create a calm, peaceful environment which makes you instantly feel at home during your session. In this initial invitation to relax her real talents for healing shine. With innate grace and deep knowledge of her trade, Amelia is one of the best Craniosacral practitioners I’ve experienced. I was so deeply relaxed I was able to fully experience the effects of the work. I highly recommend taking advantage of what she’s offering.”

“Super pretty hike, but bring ankle high waterproof boots for the mud - it's not a trail for the slip prone.”

“Hike, swim with seals, take a kayak across the bay to go camping, enjoy sunset at the beach or over oysters at one of the oyster farms. So much to do here and teeming with life.”

“What an awesome place. First of, you are on the Pacific Continental plate once you cross over the San Andrea's fault. The area is lush and green with dairy farms covering the entire area. On our way to the point, traffic stopped due to cows crossing the road to go back home. I took the opportunity to film and take pictures. On the point is a short walking trail with fantastic views. From there you are able to watch the whale migration (Jan-Apr) if you're lucky. Deer roam the area and elephant seals hang out by Chimney rock in that cove. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets breathtaking.”

“My husband and I had an amazing time at this B&B. The B&B was incredibly welcoming, peaceful, and relaxing. It was like no other place we'd ever been. The innkeepers took great care of us -- providing an incredible breakfast each morning and in the evenings they were gracious enough to provide cheese and wine. They were both so kind and generous with their advice on things to see and do in the area. The BEST B&B experience we've ever stayed in -- what a place! We'll be back for sure.”
