(December 3, 2018, 9:19 am)Deep water launch and very well maintained. Unlike Vallejo, where launching is limited to high tides only. Black Point as well as neighboring city launch docks are superb compared to Vallejo. Thank you Black Point, Benicia, Napa, Martinez and Suisun. Shame on you Vallejo!
