  One of my favorite places to stay, they are overdue for an upgrade but the staff here is UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME!!
  I have never had a hotel do what they did for me on my last stay. I called the day before check-in and asked for a bottom floor room because of having surgery not only did they accommodate me but when I went into my room they had a Valentine's teddy bear and a get well card sitting on the table and personally signed by the staff. Totally made me day. How often does a business actually observe what your actually saying or even give that much thought. Thank you San Rafael Embassy Suites ;)

  They serve full breakfast in the morning with an omelet station! So great... also the happy hour with snacks... would go back!

  Beautiful indoor courtyard reminiscent of Vegas hotels. The breakfast bar is good, including made to order omelettes. Glass elevators on either side of the courtyard provide spectacular indoor view of the plants and water features. Our family stayed in adjoining suites, which was very convenient. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms with separate bedrooms with doors. Great experience so far!
  
  Only downsides: some noise through the walls from the echoes in the courtyard, and we're still trying to find any indoor stair wells to use as an alternative to the elevators. The one stairwell we found ended at a door to the outside.

  Service is the main reason for the excellent review. My car and I were unfortunately the victim of a smash and grab during our stay. Workers helped me clean up my car, broken glass every where, and tape up the window. I had to leave my car in the shop overnight and had to eat at the hotel restaurant. Management offered a $100 dinner voucher since I wasn't able to take my kids out to dinner.
  
  Thank you Embassy Suites for making a potentially stressful time enjoyable.

  The rooms were large and clean. The location was OK, I wished it was walking distance to more things. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The amenities we're great, I love that there was a pool/hot tub. The water features in on the main floor we're really nice.
