I have been training with Kiara for about 2 years now. I am so very grateful that I found her. At 36 years old, while I was in pretty good shape and fairly active, I had never lifted weights in my life!! Now I am confident enough to lift on my own and I have strength and body awareness that I never imagined would be possible!! Kiara is a joy to spend time with. On days that I struggle and have less energy, she offers support and encouragement and gently pushes my edges-always leaving me feeling better at the end of the session than when I started. On the days I am excelling and making progress, she is cheering me on and celebrating with me. She is professional and personable. From my first inquiry to scheduling appointments to our workout sessions, Kiara has exceptional communication. The more venerable I felt the more supportive she was. In and out of our sessions I feel listened to and challenged in a supportive way.
Her intentional training style values fundamentals and form. I had no gym experience before training with Kiara and she was able to guide me with exercises to strengthen my body based on my level at the time. Now I can lift weights I never imagined I would and surprise myself with what I am actually capable of. I feel stronger and more confident after our sessions and have noticeable changes in my approach to other physical activities, such as dancing.
Kiara’s gym is safe, clean and welcoming. I think of it more of a playground than a workout room.

I have been working out with Kiara since January of this year. I was heading towards taking a break from work for the rest of the year in March and wanted to take care of myself better than I have been over the last few years. I went to Kiara and told her I wanted to lose weight. She immediately shifted my focus and mindset to a healthier me and not just a number on the scale. She has helped me with my relationship with food and how to nutritionally support my efforts in the gym. She referred me to a team of experts including a chiropractor, massage therapist and most important has been the help she has referred to deal with the symptoms of menopause. What has this got to do with her training? Well, now that I am on a healthier path to a better ME, I am stronger, more flexible, and able to do more and more in the gym. I am gradually getting stronger and bolder. I thoroughly enjoy the impact she has had on my life both during my workouts but also on the trails, my bike and my life in general. YES – she is an amazing personal trainer – you can see that from all her glowing reviews. BUT what she has done for my entire lifestyle is what I am truly grateful for – having her as a partner through this transition will impact me for the rest of my life.
Kiara is the best! As a competitive equestrian, I struggled with low back pain and a weak core. During our first session she was able to identify my weakest muscles and where my body was compensating. She developed a thorough plan for me to strengthen my core and address my posture issues. Within the first few weeks of working with her I felt more confident as an athlete and in my daily life. Additionally, I have had minimal lower back pain since the start of our sessions. I can honestly say she has helped advance my riding in the few months I have been working with her. She has made going to the gym a really fun and positive experience. Kiara is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me become much more aware of how I use my body to maximize my workouts. You can tell she has a passion for helping her clients improve their lifestyles! I am so grateful I decided to start training with her! You won’t regret it.
My life has changed dramatically since meeting Kiara. She has taken my middle aged body to younger heights. In all honesty, my level of fitness and energy is higher than it’s been in decades. I started training with Kiara in the summer and after 6 months I finally got to hit the slopes, and my skiing experience was incredible after all the mobility and dynamic training she put my body through to prep. I’m so excited to ski this season pain free and without fear of injury. Thank you Kiara, you are awesome!
