“I had a bit of a strange experience here. There was no staff around so I ended up paying the fee ($15 for a day pass) by sliding money under the office door. I had to pay $20 because I didn't have an even $15. Maybe I can get a discount if I ever go there again! Anyway, the gym has a lot of equipment - enough for a good workout and then some. There are a lot of machines and free weights. The only thing I missed was a real power-rack (at least I didn't see one) - but there was a smith-machine at least. The equipment is spread out in the main building and outside in the garden, which was a bit peculiar but it works. There is a sound system where you can connect your phone and play your own music. This worked well for me because no one else was in the gym.”

“AMAZING! I would give more stars if I could. I contacted Allen by phone 2 weeks before my wedding and asked for a bouquet for me, my flower girl, and some boutonnieres. It was June so the shop was very VERY busy. He did not hesitate to help my anyway. He emailed me some sample pictures to get an idea what style I liked and then asked about my colors. I don't live in Stinson and work 80 hours per week so I really appreciated how much Allen did to help me. He sent me pricing by email and I was able to pay over the phone. He was very reasonable so the prices were the best I had come across. I found out 1 week before the wedding that I needed an additional boutonniere and he added it without issue. On top of the wonderful flowers he arranged for me he was so great to work with. He is a very positive and friendly person and is clearly excited about doing his job. I felt so at ease working with him. The day of my wedding, he delivered the flowers for free and told my family how to hold them and care for them during the night. He even put succulents in my bouquet! When you are planning a wedding there is so much stress involved organizing everything and working with all of the venders. Allen was the best out of everyone and I always felt better even after a short conversation with him. THANK YOU ALLEN!!”

“Not only a well-stocked bookstore with everything from great reads, books and toys for the kiddos, stationary goods and local trinkets - BUT an amazing customer-service experience! My daughter's lost wallet was turned into the store (found on the street) and the owner (I believe), Bonnie, tracked us down (made numerous calls to find us) and mailed the wallet back - understanding the sentimental value of contents! Simply refreshing in the age of automation and click-through retail.”
